Ash Parking Structure

Using concrete shear walls and frames to resist wind and seismic loads, this seven-story precast and cast-in-place concrete parking garage is adjacent to an existing building with access at several floors. It was designed with interior ramps to keep a smooth horizontal appearance of the spandrel beams. The garage also features a steel bridge that connects to another parking garage across the street.
